Odds and Ends, Bright Ideas and Dimwitted ideas, Musings and Amusings...and perhaps Amazings as well. And the creation of a new and weird word or two from time to time. To Think...or Perhaps to Ramble, Ordered or Chaotic...and it need not mean anything at all.
I am so happy! I thought that I had made a terrible mess of things...and I hadn't. Sometimes it is really difficult to know what is going on when people are mailing one another. WOW We have no body language...just smilies. Well, I am glad this worked out okay. But I sure am going to watch how I approach things from now on. I have learned a lesson for sure.
Sometimes I just have a big mouth...even in email. One would think that by this time I would have some sense and just a tad of wisdom. But they seem to escape me for some reason.
I was trying to help a person who lives in another culture to build a website. I was just loaded with ideas. Of course, they were fine for a church in the USA, perhaps, but not for someone else. It makes me wonder why I just didn't work with design like I had offered to in the first place.
Well, I did not understand the purpose of the website which was entirely different from my own thinking so I flat out made a mess of things. I hope that guy will forgive me. I am sure I sounded like the proverbial "Ugly American." That was not my intent, but that is how I came across without a doubt. I have learned some important lessons today. I hope I remember them.
Hello, to anyone who might discover this,
I have no idea how you would find it to be quite honest about it. I have been silent for a year. It makes me wonder what happens to those old and outdated blogs that are left unloved and unnourished. Who takes care of them? Where do they live? Do they just dangle in space?
Well, I am going to make sure that my blog at least survives although it may not thrive in all its possible glory. :-) Who knows? How does a person find blogs? I hear people talking about them. Is there a blog directory "out there, somewhere" which we can check. I really have no idea. Maybe somebody will tell me...if you discover that I am back.
